  Phoned before arrival and queried the prices for books and the electronic pads. The woman on the phone said it was £15 for paper and £23 for electronic to which I then asked if it included everything, she replied yes. When I got the the place, I was charged £23 for the tablet and then a further £3 for the first and last chance book. after the first chance, we expected to have the games on the pad before the main event, which we did not. So we played the first part of the main event and then thought we had the middle part before the second half had started which we did not. My girlfriend then went up to question this and the people in the booth were extremely rude and had no time to sort this out. One of the girls said "how am I ment to know, you didn't get the tablet from me". It was a unpleasant night and having not been to the bingo before we didn't know what we were doing. Also at the end of the night, the guy came to take the pads off us, Which I thought we were playing as the number where still working on it, he began to speak to me, knocking my attention away from the numbers resulting in me missing 3 - 4 numbers. My girlfriend has wrote to yous on Facebook because yous don't have an email address and yous have read the message and haven't had the decency to reply. Sort your staff out, letting the place down drastically.
